A cute antique Victorian Silver perfume flask, prettily molded and wheel engraved in a restrained manner, attached to a chain (perhaps once hung upon a chatelaine) and a lovely and original gift for the lover of history and fragrance.
Stamped to the neck are assay marks indicating 1889 as the year of production. Also marks for the maker 'GS & FS' which unfortunately we can't trace. It measures 3.5cm across at the widest part. The top screws off and all is nicely clean and ready to wear, perhaps on a chain as a quirky pendant/locket?
